3. We are not in control of International holidays, overseas shipping delays, Customs nor are we able to speed up processing times from overseas. We also has to wait, just as you do. Here also, we have no control over the PO system, special holidays or customs and we cannot speed things up faster than they ship. Any taxes (where applicable) or customs dues (in your territory) are of your sole responsibility, not us.
4. All sales are final. Upon making your Pre-Order, you are agreeing to all of the above mentioned and stated. You are also stating that you understand all of the above requirements and exclusions.
